When you submit our contact form, we collect only the following personal data:

We use your data solely to:

• Respond to your enquiries
• Provide quotations and follow-up for renovation and related services

4. How we store your data

Form submissions are sent to our email address only. We do not store your personal data in a database. Your name, email, and phone are kept in our email system only for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting agreement (see retention below).

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent when you submit the contact form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

6. Data retention

We keep your data only for as long as necessary:

• For enquiries that do not lead to an agreement: we will delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period (e.g. 12 months) after the last contact.
• For clients: we retain data as needed for the execution of the agreement, warranty, and legal obligations (e.g. tax). After that, we delete or anonymise your data.

• Rectification – have inaccurate data corrected
• Erasure – request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Restriction of processing – in certain cases, limit how we use your data

8. How to request data removal

To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to bmt.groep55@gmail.com with the subject “Data removal request” and your name and email. We will remove your data from our records within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal obligations.
